Acting as a consumer, you may revocate your purchase contract within one month without giving any reasons in simple text or by returning the ordered wares. Upon an order we will send this instruction on your right of revocation to you again in form of printed text. The grace period starts at the day after you received the wares along with the instruction on revocation in printed text. To preserve the right of revocation, it is sufficient to send a revocation or the wares in time.

Consequences of revocation
In case of an effective revocation, all benefits of either side and exploited utilizations (e.g. interests) are to be given back. If you cannnot give back the wares or only in a deteriorated state, you are obliged to pay compensation. This does not apply, if the deterioriation of the wares is exclusively attributed to its inspection – like it would have been possible in a store – or its initial destined use.
Wares that can be shipped as parcel are to be sent back on our risk. Wares that cannot be shipped as parcel are picked up by us. You have to pay the charges of sending back the wares, if the wares are as ordered and the price of the wares does not exceed an amount of 40 Euro or if, at a higher price, you did not have paid the wares already at the time of revocation. In any other case, reshipment is free of charge for you.
You have to fulfill liabilities of reimbursement within 30 days after mailing your revocation.
